Checklist steps for visits and tours should revert to an awaiting status when cancelled

Hi All,
As we begin our next admission season, I would love people to vote on this. The only options we have for cancelling a visit is to either waive it, reschedule, or complete it. I was playing around and added someone in for a visit and now cannot put them back to awaiting. So now if they look at their checklist, they will see that this has been scheduled. And on our end, it shows that we have a visit scheduled and we do not. Not helpful for seeing who still needs to schedule a visit and for reporting purposes to show which people did not tour.
