Is it possible to search for requests with alerts?

Hello.

It is fairly easy to search for organizations with alerts because there's a field that you can include in searches that contains that information. However, I can't find a way to search for requests that have alert, and I don't mean the accepted/declined information. I tried advanced search and couldn't figure it out, and didn't find anything in Knowledgebase either.

    For searching Alerts on Requests, this is an advanced search. You want to select Table: Request and Column: Alert On, when you click Insert expression, you will have a radio button option of Yes or No, Yes would be for Requests with Alerts on them.
