Reviewer Portal Clean Up

Is there a way that reviewers in the reviewer portal can clean up their view? Despite submitting reviews, adding dates they are viewable, etc. some reviews are remaining in their portal view and I am unsure how to give access to a reviewer to delete. In the help, it implies there is the ability to add a “thumbs down” decline to review, but I am unsure how to set that up for my reviewers.

    @Katherine JenningsI know that we can delete the reviews by going into the request record under reviews. How the applicant can delete it themselves is not possible. You can try changing dates? Submitted reviews should not be in the portal unless VISIBLE TO dates are set after the due date.

    I am sure there is something else and would like to hear from others.

    @Katherine Jennings have you checked ADMIN - Permissions - what has been selected to be viewable by reviewers?

    Yes, but there doesn't seem to be an option for this.

    @Katherine Jennings not to give them the ability to delete reviews as I do not think they can do that without impacting the reviews within BBGM, which I am assuming is why that capability is not open to reviewers. I meant to check if you as the ADMIN had selected some request-related information to be available to reviewers and maybe unselect it and see if that prevents the visibility in the first place.
