Request for Interviewee Volunteers -- Grantmaking Technology (Free lunch!)

Hey all,

We're going to conduct a Webinar in September on Tech Stack bloat for Grantmakers and I'm seeking 2-3 volunteers to speak to our expert about their current state of technology at their grantmaking office.

The working title is: "Too Much Tech? How to Streamline Your Solutions for Better Grantmaking"

We're not asking for anyone with expertise on this subject, or necessarily anyone who has done any kind of internal technology stack evaluation (though if someone has, we'd love to speak with you) just a willingness to discuss what you have and what you do.

Basically a 30-60 minute phone interview.

Things like:

• What technology platforms and solutions do you and your teams currently use?
• How would you describe what you are trying to achieve with your current tech portfolio? What criteria do you use when choosing new tech solutions?
• In what ways does your current technology solutions help your team’s efficiency and organizational impact—and in what ways does it hold you back?
  • How has your tech stack evolved over time? What challenges have arisen as a result?
  • How would team members describe their current user experience?
  • How do you integrate the various technologies you use? Have you encountered any compatibility issues, redundancies, or challenges, and if yes, how does this impede your grantmaking processes or productivity?
• What specific efforts have you/your teams taken to streamline your tech solutions? How did this improve your team’s efficiency?
