New Grantee Portal Application Approval

We tested an application in the new portal on 2/14. We approved it in our internal system, but it is still showing up as “in progress”. Is there a reason it isn't being shown as “approved”?

  • @Crystal Bruce thanks! I did create a ticket and was referred to Idea # 1812 where apparently the new portal maintains the status as “in progress” until the grant is closed out. I don't understand this at all! There are 6 statuses to choose from, but the system only uses “in progress” and “closed” because it's based on the program and not the application/form. I tried to upvote that idea to change this very confusing process/word choice, but even though I'm logged into my BB account it asks for my login and then my login doesn't work. So, I'm hoping others will until I'm able to…
