New Grantee Portal Application Approval

We tested an application in the new portal on 2/14. We approved it in our internal system, but it is still showing up as “in progress”. Is there a reason it isn't being shown as “approved”?

    @Crystal Bruce thanks! I did create a ticket and was referred to Idea # 1812 where apparently the new portal maintains the status as “in progress” until the grant is closed out. I don't understand this at all! There are 6 statuses to choose from, but the system only uses “in progress” and “closed” because it's based on the program and not the application/form. I tried to upvote that idea to change this very confusing process/word choice, but even though I'm logged into my BB account it asks for my login and then my login doesn't work.
