Hi. I'm the Database Manager at a medium-sized museum in NYC. I'm looking for other Altru users in medium or large-sized museums at a Database Manager level or who use the system heavily for fundraising and reporting in development/membership. Can be local or anywhere, really.

Hoping we can start an email group or just connect from time to time to help each other out, seek and share ideas and advice, etc. I constantly have to find workarounds to get the info I need out of Altru, re-format it in presentable ways, etc., and I figure other people must too.

An email chain sounds like a good start - I'm a member of a Google Group for the Museum Membership Forum and it works pretty well for asking questions and getting feedback.     Just wanted to amend my original post and add that you don't have to be at a museum! If you're at a zoo, or anyplace else using Altru for Development purposes, I'd love to include you as well!
