Refusal to pay balance due

Hi,

Is there any way to write off a balance due in an Altru group sale? I thought of adding a resource with a negative value, but values under zero are not allowed.

I had that happen once. I used an adjustable discount to get the balance due down to $0

Thanks! I should be able to use that. I think I was trying for more specific details for finance records to indicate a write off.

I am not able to set a discount as a negative amount, to bring the balance to zero.

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but the discount amount itself would not be a negative number.
