permissions problem

My colleague does not seem to have the same access to Altru offerings that I do, even though the system administrator gave her the exact same permissions--which is most of them. For example, she can't access the chat. And she does not see results from looking at a constituent's revenue history, even when the settings are exactly what mine are. How to fix?

    I can't say why they aren't able to view a constituent's revenue history but in order to access the chat with support feature, your admin will need to send them an invite to add user. So they have an Altru account but not necessarily access to support.

    You (if you are the designated admin) will need to follow these steps:

    Log into blackbaud.com and select the three horizontal lines from the solution menu on the left, then select Admin.
    From Users and admins, select Add user.
    Enter the name and email address.
    Click Send Invite.
    The new user will need to accept the invitation.
