Mark tickets inactive

I'm wondering if there is a way to make tickets inactive? In most cases, we allow people who don't use tickets on their selected day to reschedule at a later date (we typically say they have one year from the date of purchase). However, sometimes we don't allow this (rude to staff, etc) or we have someone who did a chargeback through their credit card. I don't want to refund the transaction but I don't want the tickets to be able to be used in the future. I see that there is a place that shows tickets being active. Is there a way to make them inactive or cancel the ticket so it won't scan if someone attempts to use it?
