Is it possible to add descriptions and additional information to consituents and Orgs?

As someone who is new to my museum I do not have a lot of information on constituents and organizations. Putting in communications is helpful but for older contacts I have no context. Is there a field anywhere to describe an organization, our involvement with them etc?

    @Camille Critchfield You could considering adding Notes to these constituent records. You can create different note types if you would like (Organization Description, etc.). My advice would be to make sure your team is on the same page when it comes to adding/editing/reviewing notes so there is consistency across records. You should be able to add notes under “Documentation and Interactions.”
