Best practice for making a t-shirt (or other item) available during online registration. Should it be a resource? We often have the same campers taking multiple weeks of camp, so rather than automatically include a t-shirt with registration it is offered separately. What is the best way to add the purchase a shirt as a part of the camp registration process?

    Hi Laura,


    We also do t-shirts for our camp. We don't charge them for it but it is included in the camp. We add a question on the registration on what size of t-shirt they would prefer. If you are charging, I would add it as a price type and have them register for it when purchase the camp.


    I don't know if this helps but thought I would throw out a few ideas!

    Like Melissa, we also include it with the price of camp and ask the size in the registration questions.

    The first year we did camp in Altru, we had a separate event for t-shirts (since merchandise isn't available online… resources wouldn't be either as it's a group sale function). It was a nightmare trying to match up the shirts with the campers since they were totally separate (even though we also asked registration questions in the t-shirt event). It was this experience that led us to just including a t-shirt with every camp and we never had any parents complain.
