Deleting Registrant from One Event Option Deletes All Entries for that Person?
Our event registrants do not created Blackbaud IDs, so they can register for the same event multiple times/options. I was manually deleting the extras people had signed up for and now that attendee isn't showing for any of the options. Their information does still appear on Event Submission data, but they've effectively been cleared from the event completely.
Anyone else have this happen? Any solutions/ideas?
