Taxing Only Part of an Event Ticket

Do you have a workaround to charge tax on only part of an event ticket? Say your total event ticket is $100 and tax is only charged on $60 of the ticket while the other $40 is not taxed.

We host dinner events that include a ticket to other events happening at our museum. So the catered part of the ticket is taxable income and event part of it is not. Traditionally we have just built the tax into the price of the ticket, but that creates headaches for accounting and we want to find a workaround for more transparent pricing to the consumer.
