What reporting tools you currently used in your organization?

Hello,

I would like to get some feedback on the type of reporting tools used in your organization. I am able to utilize query, reports, export from RE for simple lists reports, but wanting to do more robust reporting that can be shared with directors and management team. I also would love to hear your experience using SKY API. What are some of the advantages or limitation (if any) of using it.
