Canned pledge report?

Hi there,

I was wondering if there's already a pledge report somewhere in the web view of NXT that will show me all pledges due in the coming month.

Also, looking for a pledge report that will show me overdue pledges of all-time.

    In Raiser's Edge, there is (or was) a report that I believe was the Pledges Past Due report. I'm not sure if that's in database view only or if it's in NXT.

    On this page about Insights, there is a Pledge Amounts, Past Due. That might work as well.

    One thing that I found helpful with this report was to schedule my pledge installments at the beginning of the month. So if a donor commits to giving in January 2024, we have to schedule that for some day in that month. Intuitively, we might think to put that at the end of the month - January 31, 2024. And this makes sense since the donor isn't past due until the month has ended. However, I like scheduling installments at the beginning of the month. And then I run the pledges past due report at the beginning of each month. Donors in the 0-30 days past due column are the donors who are coming due this month. This way I have a list I can share with gift officers who can send reminders out if appropriate. If I schedule at the end of the month, then my January donors don't show up in the report until February (because they weren't past due until February).

    If that doesn't make sense, let me know. My brain hasn't fully turned on yet so I might not be making much sense.
