Query That Returns Net Amount Based on Revenue Payment Not Sales Order

Hi! I'm trying to build a query that will return this year's net amounts for all memberships purchased. So far, I've only been able to get the net amount for a specific item through a sales order and not through revenue payment. This means that I can't return an accurate amount for all of our membership transactions input through back office. I can see the net amount for just the revenue applied to the membership in a revenue payment in a constituent's revenue history, so I assume I should be able to pull this info through a query to include all sales methods?

  • @Brooke Johnson Here is the quick and dirty way that I do it. I use the Total Revenue and Payments report, chose my dates, and set the source to be only back office. Then I download the CSV and anything in the membership section is back office.

That's helpful advice! Unfortunately, I'm trying to make a dashboard that includes total membership revenue using an OData link from a query. It would be ideal if I could get the back office payments to appear in the same field as daily and advanced sales.
