Hello,

I am having consistent issues with having to reauthenticate my odata queries on Excel. I have been using my login info for the “Basic” login option, but I was wondering if there is an API key available, so I can authenticate through that.

    @Elisabeth Heissner Has this been happening prior to this week for you? I had never had that problem until they had an ‘issue’ following the last update. OData was not connecting (internally or externally). They have said it is resolved. Here is the link to the issue.

    @MB Wilkinson Unfortunately, it was happening before they announced the issue! I chatted with a representative who thinks that my user name might be blocked, which needed to be requested by the representative.

    Curious, was your issue resolved when Blackbaud finally resolved the API outage?
