Filter Tickets Based on "Program" rather than "Program Event"

I am wondering if it's possible to filter tickets based on “Program” rather than “Program Event” without creating duplicate rows. In the query editor, Tickets are associated with Program Event and it would stand to reason that Program Event should be associated with Program, since all Program Events correspond to a Program. However, this is not an option when expanding the Program Event item.

If I select fields from Ticket\\SalesOrder\\SalesOrderItem\\SalesOrderItemTIcket\\Program, then this leads to duplicate / nonsensical rows in my results.
