Missing Zip Code Query

Hello - I am trying to create a query to find Sales Orders with missing zip codes within the last week. I believe I am creating the query incorrectly and wanted to see if anyone could help me with finding my mistake. I have run the zip code report and can see that last week there were 176 missing zip codes. However, when I run my query I only see 42 Sales Orders with missing zip codes. I've included screenshots of the zip code report and my query parameters. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Madison,

    I could misunderstand the way the Zip Code report works, but I think that is information gathered from the zip code marketing survey.

    This is from a Knowledge Base article: “Currently there is no method to report on the answers of a marketing survey within Altru through query. Please vote for this Idea on our Community board in hopes of this becoming a future feature of Altru.”

    So, I think your query is looking at missing zip codes in Constituent records, and the report is looking at who declined to answer the Zip Code Marketing survey.

    But please let me know how this turns out though! It is an Altru mystery!
