Adding Open Graph tags?

Hello! I'm relatively new to Altru. Looking for how to add open graph metatags to our event registration pages. Here is an example of a page. That way if the page URL itself is shared on Facebook, it loads a thumbnail image, title, and description that we specify in code. Looking to add og:title, og:description, and og:image specifically.
