Receipts when a donation and purchase are combined into one

My question is if someone makes a purchase and at the same time makes a donation does the receipt have to list the amount of the taxable portion below* or can we just add our EID number to the bottom of the receipt and not have tax language. The donation would be listed above. Our shelters has a new software and donations is not the main focus.

Donation $25

Total $175.00
