Using items to help with fundraising

Hi all,
I'm having a hard time figuring out how to set this up.
We would like to create an online donation page where folks can receive a poster with a $45 or more donation. The roadblock I'm finding is that we only have 125 posters to offer, and If I make a donation request page to a specific hierarchy, I can set a minimum donation, but not a cap on number of donations.

Any advice on this front?

edited - I should also mention that we will need to access a list of donators to give the posters to.

    Yes, we have run into this before. We just kept an eye on it and manually disabled the link once we hit the maximum. It worked for us because it took a couple of weeks before we “sold out” so we could just check the list of donors each day and see how many there were and when it got close, we turned it off.
