How to exclude an individual record from LYBUNT if the other member of the household is the primary giver?

I am working on LYBUNTs for my director and my predecessor made a great query for this task. I would love to just use it and update it, but on my latest export, we noticed that some members of households were included that probably shouldn't be (their spouse or other member of the household did give this year).

What criteria should I be looking at to exclude these household members so we don't end up contacting them?
