Delete old wealth screen data - is the info expired / outdated ?

Hi All! Trying to clean up the Ratings tab on my records and we have a bunch of one-time imported wealth/capacity data from a purchased screen from 2013. Do you think it's about time I delete that data from the records? I'd export and save the file of course as backup.

My problem really, is that I don't want the 2013 data at all to show up in NXT (I don't care it's in RE because the gift officers don't use RE)

Thanks in advance!

Molly Pfeffer‍ if it was a one-time screening and you do not have other ratings with the same category, you can select to not have those ratings show in NXT. There is a gear icon in the upper right of the ratings tile where you can select what ratings to show and even the order. We have a custom internal rating (A-G) that I have made the top one for all records so gift officers (who also do not use database view) can find the information quickly.

I'm not sure if that wealth data is very helpful. It's been almost a decade, and I wouldn't imagine that the data is accurate. I'd consider deleting it, just for clarity sake. It's probably time to consider doing another wealth screening.
