1099 State ID Numbers

UPDATE the solution my CFo gave we ar not sure is going to work. I know that Wisconsin's (where I live) state ID is 15 numbers long and not our federal EIN number. The five 5 states I am looking for I know at one time I had in the database view when I ran them with Aatrix. But now, they are all gone. Our auditors have been no help. So I guess my concerns/question(s) remain; I have 1099 vendors from not only Wisconsin but 5 other states. We do not withhold any money. Each year when I process the 1099's I have the federal form and 6 state forms that Aatrix processes and send out. As I said, I have Wisconsin's 15 digit number but with moving to NXT web view and now Aatrix web view, I believe when I run the 1099's there will be an issue. So, at this point I am going to see what happens in January when I run the 1099's

Hi All! I am getting ready for January 2024 when I need to process the 1099's and I need some help as they will be done through NXT. How do I find the State ID Numbers for those 1099 NEC's that are filed? I tried going to one of the state's tax office website but I was unable to find the number. Any help anyone can provide will be most helpful.
