Parents' invoices/communications

It's becoming increasingly annoying that when my families get their month bill/notice that it is not broken down. I add incidentals to their accounts and they are constantly emailing me asking me why is this month more than last month? Any chance information provided to families can be more detailed oriented?

    Families with the invoice payment method will receive an email with the total balance due. They can choose to download the invoice with more detail. The downloaded invoice first page breaks down the total due into three sub categories ( Tuition, Fees, Discounts). The last page of the invoice breaks this down into even further detail with the specific fee/ discount names and totals. It's possible your families are not scrolling all the way to the last page to see the additional detail. You can view a families invoice under “Communication history” to see an example of this. Families on the ACH payment method do only receive a reminder with the total amount to be debited, but can view the billing breakdown on the family website.
