    We use workflows to keep track of phone calls/actions. Anyone who gives for the first time gets a phone call. Anyone who gives $1000 and greater gets a phone call from our VP. Anyone who gives <$1000 gets a phone call from me. Of course we add others, but these are automated with workflows as actions added to be done.
