SKY API Cohort 500 Errors

Hi,

I'm hoping this has not been posted yet and not an issue with my own configuration, but it seems that every API request I make to the SKY Developer Cohort results in:

500, Server Error, The service is currently unavailable, please try again.

I have tried regenerating both my access tokens and subscription keys. The OAuth procedure works (it allows me to authorize my application with the cohort) and returns a code which can be successfully exchanged for an access token.

    We've been experiencing the same thing, as if the SKY Api for schools is down in general.

I am a member of the Support team at Blackbaud and I just wanted to confirm our internal teams are looking into the 500 errors returned when attempting to make a call to the demo environment. Once I have more information I will reply on this thread.

    Blackbaud's internal teams are working to address the 500 errors returned when making calls to demo environments. At this time there is no ETA for when the issue will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi all, our team was able to resolve the issue and you are now able to make successful API calls to the demo Cohort environment. Thank you for your patience while we addressed the issue.

    Just reaching out again regarding this as it seems that all calls to the demo MySchool App cohort environment seem to be timing out again. To be clear, we're able to authenticate, get access tokens, but then any subsequent requests on this environment fail.

    Confirmed it's working! It seems to be correlated somehow when some sort of authentication issue happen on the BB ID perhaps.. I've seen it happen when there is some general BB update or maintenance window and then the logins in general work but this environment goes down.

    Anyway, back to mobile app building, thx again. R
