As Blackbaud Support don't support SKY Payments API or Google Tag Manager we don't have any information on this I'm afraid. The best thing for you do do would be to ask the question in the Developer Community: https://developer.blackbaud.com/skyapi/products

We’re actually using BBMS through the API not through OLX – does this make a difference?

This is Megan from Blackbaud Support. I am just following up with you in regards to our chat yesterday on Google tag Manager.

To confirm, our information on Google Tag Manager is quite limited as Blackbaud don't support it however, we know that 3rd parity customisation from Smartthing works in extending the functionality of OLX forms.

    @Abi Hallas SmartTRACK now supports NXT donation forms and Google Tab Manager, Facebook Pixel, Bing etc. It also supports OLX forms if you are using them.

    Not sure that answers your query but hopefully it helps.
