Recieving an error when trying to use Apple Pay

I have a few of our clients websites that are unable to use apple pay through blackbaud checkout as we have them on our forms. Below you'll see to links where they are implimented.

When clicking the Make a Gift button, you will go through our donation form and be taken to blackbaud checkout where we have apple pay enabled, However we recieve an error when we click apple pay which we are unsure how to resolve as we are not recieving any information back in our logs.

    @Mina Mistry Thanks for looking we are getting the general bbms error on attempting to pay with apple pay, then in the console before clicking pay we get some errors.

    the giving button on the campaign tile towards the middle of the page activates the giving form with bbms

    Unfortunately the image is blurry and I'm still unable to see the actual error code/message that is happening when you click Apple Pay. Can you post the raw details here?

    Also note that when we tried paying we got a stock BBMS error message with the red banner.

    Can you try adding *.blackbaud.com to your Content Security Policy?

    It may look something like this:

    @Mina Mistry we are still not seeing apple pay button for BBMS

    here are some console errors that may or may not be related:


    Blocked a frame with origin "https://payments.blackbaud.com" from accessing a frame with origin "https://maclayschoolgivingday.amploadvance.com". Protocols, domains, and ports must match.

    The source list for Content Security Policy directive 'script-src' contains an invalid source: ''strict-dynamic''. It will be ignored.

    Hi @Austin Kihara

    We think we see the problem here. Since Blackbaud Checkout loads in an iFrame, when you call it from another iFrame or similar construct, Apple Pay will not load. This is because Apple Pay does not support starting an Apple Pay session from a document where the domain doesn't match the top-level frame.

    We have seen similar errors to what you are reporting when there is a nested iFrame (an iFrame within an iFrame) and the top-level frame’s domain does not match the one associated with the merchant session - in these scenarios, Apple Pay's verification will fail and therefore will not load the button onto the form.

    Unfortunately, we don't have any alternative way to allow Apple Pay to display in Blackbaud Checkout if you have nested iFrames.

    Our giving sites are not necessarily and iframe within an iframe, we have a separate integration that loads an iframe in a separate flow for spreedly. But will this not work if we launch the Blackbaud_OpenPaymentForm() from a modal? Please check the site:
