Raisely to Raiser’s Edge NXT® Integration

Hello everyone

Has anyone successfully integrated re nxt with raisely? The integration app is available in Marketplace and was easy to connect however, the field setting step has been an issue for us. Upon trying to map the fields, I can see all the fields from the source Raisely but RE NXT shows only custom attributes as the target fields. Appreciate any guidance on how to get all the constituent, gift fields as the target fields.

    @Mahesh Pandey You could use SmartSYNC which already supports Raisely (via their webhooks features https://developers.raisely.com/docs/available-events) to push data however you wish into RENXT - lots of flexibility on where it goes. Just email the team support at smartthing.org if interested.

    Thank you for your response, @Warren Sherliker. The problem is NXT hiding all the key fields. The Raisely side of the connection seems to have no issues at all, I can see all our Raisely campaigns listed in RE NXT, and I can switch on/off integration, etc. and I can see all the reporting fields in the field setting.

    @Mahesh Pandey Probably worth talking to Raisely there but it will come down to them not supporting the fields in RENXT which is something SmartSYNC would. Anyway, good luck - sounds like a bit of pressure on the supplier may work but we are here if needed.
