Royal Flying Doctor Service Of Australia Central Operations trying to use REDARC

I am connecting RedArc's Telemarketing Payments app to our SKY API and Blackbaud Environment so that a supplier can tokenize credit-cards for us. The supplier is already a Blackbaud user. The RedArc instructions say that Blackbaud we need to supply the GUID for the Merchant Services Account payment configuration we want to use. We have already given the supplier the Payment Configuration ID that Blackbaud gave us (earlier in this Case), but the supplier is unable to connect. They are receiving an error message saying {"Error":{},"ClientVisible":false}.

1/ Is the GUID for our Merchant Services Account how do I access it?

2/ Is there any other reason why RedArc's Telemarketing Payments app cannot access our Blackbaud Environment?

3/ The RedArc Telemarketing Payments app is now appearing in our SKY API Developer Account under My Subscriptions and also under My Applications. is this correct?

    Hi @Kyle Churcher - have you been in touch with RedArc to troubleshoot this issue? I've been able to confirm that the application is connected to the Royal Flying Doctor Service Of Australia Central Operations environment and has been able to authorize to gain access to the environment. Perhaps RedArc can assist to see where the error message is coming from. Thanks!
