Query size too large

I am making a PA flow based off the webinar by Barton Dyson, which calls a Query, gets the file as a CSV and then saves to Google Drive. The flow fails because it reports the file is larger than 5.2 GB. However, when I run the query manually and download it is only 95MB. Any ideas?

provide the screenshot of the edit and run of the action that received the download URL and the HTTP action that is doing the downloading. This help isolate what the issue is. The error message will be in the screenshot too, but if you can copy the text of the error message to paste here will be good too.

@Alex Wong thank you, let me know if this is not what you meant.

This is good, but if you screenshot the individual action in the run history, will help see the error better, but I can make out the blurry message.

Your error is in the Create file action in Google Drive. While blurry I can see the number of digits in the error message, which looks like 52 MB (or 5.2MB), not GB. So meaning the limit is Google Drive's limit on the PA flow action to create a file, which it only allow 52MB to be passed in to create. Your CSV file being 95MB is over the limit is the reason for error. (1,000 bytes is 1KB; 1,000,000 bytes is 1MB; 1,000,000,000 is 1GB, not “true” exact, but you get the point)

knowing this, you will need to somehow work around this limitation by breaking the downloaded content into 2 (half will be less than 52MB), then handle the combining later in whereever you are consuming the files.

  • @Alex Wong Thanks, Alex. Old eyes. Thought there was one more zero!
