We have just moved to Eventbrite for our event registrations and ticketing. Our largest and most complex event is our reunion, with a number of free and paid activities. Does anyone have any sort of procedures doc for what information from Eventbrite registrations they record in RE? For instance, we have been putting Reunion event fees paid in a Reunion revenue fund and it appears on constituent records. We are considering doing away with this practice. Also, we are considering not having each Reunion activity for which an alum is registered show up on their records, but just a general Reunion event instead. We are thinking we could rely on pulling event registrant lists/reports from Eventbrite as moves managers may like to know what prospects will attend which events.

    We use EventBrite for some of our fundraising events as well. After the event has concluded we typically use the simple receipt report and then manually enter their gifts, ticket purchases, auction purchases, etc. Since EventBrite can update you with that information as it comes in (prior to the event) we're never left adding the whole total of what an individual has given in one sitting. If your event isn't that large I would suggest maybe doing it like this.
