Is there a way to auto send personalized birthday emails on the constituent's exact birthday?

    @Annette Rayas This can be done in RE NXT in a workflow with a birthday list. The only thing to do it on that day, everyone in the system has to have the birthday with month and day, if it is just month and year, it will not work for an everyday one. If that is the case with your database, you may want to choose to just send out for birthdays for the month.

    @Joe Moretti @Annette Rayas This is true and good advice, but also, a person can only qualify for a workflow once. This means that if Donor A has their birthday today, they'll get the email, but next year they won't.

    The way around this is to schedule a day each year to duplicate the workflow, archive the old one, and activate the new one. This is a bummer, but it's not impossible to handle.
