Workflow triggered when gifts are entered in "database view"?

Do gifts need to be entered in RENXT to trigger a workflow created in RENXT? Will a gift entered in database view (via a Citrix session) trigger a workflow?

    @Chris Chiacchierini - Whether you are using NXT Workflows or Power Automate, the gift will need to exist within the database to be used.

    If using NXT Workflows, it will run off a list or the available stat options daily - this frequency cannot be changed.

    If using Power Automate you have the choice of running a workflow on any frequency you want or you can trigger a workflow when a gift is added to the system.

    @Chris Chiacchierini The workflow triggers are based upon the List you use. Gifts entered in the DB view will show in the List in webview.
