Unengaged Recipients

Has anyone found a way to extract information on unengaged recipients of emails from an ad-hoc query? We are particularly interested in whether the Constituent record is Active or not, but other fields associated with the Constituent would also be helpful The present view via Emails in BBIS does not show this information.

    We resorted to using SQL to check the BBIS Tables. Basically, if Constituent has 'not opened' their last 20 Email Messages and at least 1 of them contained a 'Rescue' in the Subject, and the Constituent had not recent Gift then we would mark them as 'Unengaged' with a 'Do Not Email' check applied!
