Requiring Two Signatures on Enrollment Contracts

For those who use the Blackbaud generated enrollment contracts, do you require two parent signatures? We find that we need to follow up with parents constantly because only one parent has signed and there is one that rarely knows how to log in to sign contracts. Curious whether or not you require two signatures on contracts.
