Anyone else having Canvas sync problems?

Hi Everyone,

Early last week, our enrollments for a particular program disappeared in Canvas. We were able to do a CSV import to minimize down time but it seems that syncing has not worked since either through enrollment changes or user additions. Canvas support has suggested we reach out to Blackbaud. Is there a general contact for SIS integrations that we can talk to? Has anyone else recently been affected?

    @Chris Lee this is an issue with missing users from the /users endpoint. Our development team is currently addressing the issue. If you'd like to know when this issue is resolved please create a ticket with our support team. They will be able to link the ticket to the issue and you will be notified once our team has released the fix.

    In the future if you are having any issues with the APIs please report the problem to our support team.
