Using PowerAutomate to Add Gifts to RE NXT from BBMS

We have recently purchased the M2 card swipers for Blackbaud. Has anyone used PowerAutomate to grab gifts from BBMS and move them into RE NXT? I'm thinking it should be possible, but do not know where to begin. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. TY!

    I've never used the card swipers, but don't BBMS gifts come into RE NXT automatically as batches?

    @Ben Regier - Gifts processed through a BBMS swiper do not come into RE NXT automatically. Traditionally, it has been a manual entry or import following the event.

    The Payments API does not suppose getting list of transaction with filter, only a single get transction by transaction id.

    We are also planning to use the credit card device, and will soon look into automation if possible.

    For now, I think more likely going to be a download from BBMS transaction, then process either through IOM or automation via power automate.
