January 2024 not Available on our Fees?

When we edit Fees for our 2023 - 2024 school year in BBTM, the only months available to us are those in 2023.

Previously, we used to be able to select January of the coming year (i.e. 1 / 2024), as well.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or could you explain what's wrong with our setup? Why isn't January of 2024 available to select under Months?

This is impacting our Payment Plan display on our Enrollment Agreements, as well (since our 9th payment of a 9-payment plan is supposed to be January 2024, our Payment Plans are currently showing up as “8 payments" because we can't select our 9th month, if that makes sense…)

  • Just a heads-up that this turned out to be something BBTM support had to fix for us-- we weren't able to do it ourselves.

    Still curious whether anyone else has experienced something like this.
