Sky API "try it" not working - on prem using firewall

My team and I have been trying to get a successful request using the “try it” feature in the Sky API developer portal. Does anyone else have experience getting a successful connection that is on prem and your Blackbaud CRM link is behind a firewall?

This is the error message we are getting.

  • @Dawson Richey Is your CRM instance behind a firewall that blocks inbound traffic from IPs that aren't explicitly given access? Blackbaud can't currently guarantee that all Infinity SKY API traffic will come from a single or range of IP addresses.
