This week, Raiser’s Edge NXT released a new setting for admins to choose whether to deduct pledge write-offs from committed revenue. In Control Panel, Settings, admins can choose which gift types — in addition to pledges — to consider as committed revenue, such as for fundraising totals and analysis. To best meet the needs of your organization, they can now choose whether to deduct pledge write-offs from committed revenue totals.  Previously, committed revenue automatically deducted write-offs from pledge amounts.


To no longer deduct write-offs if you previously

1. In Control Panel, Settings, select Giving analysis.


2. Under Committed revenue, select Configure.


3. Under Pledges, deselect Deduct write-offs.


4. Select Save.
