With August right around the corner and schools opening back up in the coming weeks, we’re releasing all kinds of new content and resources to help you all get ready. Last week, we mentioned our free Webinar series, covering a variety of topics from academics, what’s new in Enrollment management, and more. Well, this week we have even more news and better yet is that you don’t need to wait or sign up to see them.

Over these past few weeks, we’ve been hard at work tackling commonly asked questions from users like you. We’ve gone ahead and created new FAQ pages that we’re calling Back to School Resources covering all kinds of frequently asked questions related to Academics, Grades, Transcripts, scheduling and a whole lot more.

Student Request Issues
When using Schedule Maker, users have run into issues where student requests are no longer being fulfilled. There are a number of possible reasons why this could happen and in this FAQ, we examine all of the places you should be looking.

Advanced Lists
With Advanced lists, users with certain roles can create specific and customized queries without the restrictions of Basic Lists. However, such freedom can also lead to struggles or difficulties getting the list to work as you want. In this resource, we go over the basics of Advance Lists, understanding queries, creating a list, and all the steps in between.
