CRM & Luminate Online Asst - Part-time Remote

Contract CRM & Luminate Online Assistant

Challenged Athletes Foundation in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced candidate for a part-time, temporary, remote-based CRM & Luminate Online Assistant.

Hourly, 15-20 hours per week from January 10 – March 31, 2022

Location: Remote (Headquarters in San Diego, CA)

This contract position is temporary, with the position to start as soon as possible and expected to end March 31, 2022, although candidates with flexibility to work beyond that date if needed are preferred.

Candidates can live anywhere in the United States and the position will work from home. Candidates should be able to provide their own computer and internet connection. Hours are flexible, but candidate must be available between 9am and 5pm PDT routinely, to align with the Challenged Athletes Foundation staff hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position reports to the Sr. System Administrator. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Constituent record management
  • Gift entry
  • Luminate Online Forms & Teamraiser maintenance
  • Confidentiality: Staff members are required to protect and ensure the integrity of data containing personal and sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Blackbaud’s Luminate Online preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred, not required
