Contract Database Manager (5 mo) -- Remote and/or Atlanta, GA area

CHRIS 180 is seeking a qualified Raiser’s Edge contractor for database administration and daily, ongoing tasks and maintenance of the Raiser's Edge database from September 2022 through January 2023, up to 35 hours per week (minimum 20). Contractor will be supervised by the Chief Development Officer.

Tasks may include:

-Daily/semi-daily gift entry: saving gift documentation, entering gifts, creating and updating constituent records as needed

-Weekly posting gifts on General Ledger from Raiser's Edge to Financial Edge

-Weekly acknowledgment letters

-Daily, weekly and monthly, preparing established reports

-As needed, exporting mailing lists based on standard criteria

-One time – first draft of tax letters for all 2022 donors

-One time – balance review and pledge reminder letters

-As needed – general administration tasks and troubleshooting

Pay range: $40-$70/hr., depending on experience and references. Experience with Omatic software preferred. Atlanta area candidates would be preferred for some in-person tasks, but position may be fully remote. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.
