CRM Systems Leader
Inspired by the opportunity to do meaningful work and serve others, the CRM Systems Leader contributes to Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities’ (CFCC) mission by managing Raiser’s Edge NXT and Almabase to ensure the goals and mission of the organization can be met. A master of detail and quality, this team member loves the stories woven into data and brings them to life for the rest of the team, helping us improve our ability to elevate people-centric practices and foster Truly Human Connection.

Key Skills and Job Requirements
Expert in Raiser’s Edge NXT and Almabase: Superuser of the platforms, maintaining data integrity, running reports, analyzing outputs, and assisting the CFCC leadership team in improving system outcomes. Ensures milestones are met on time. (60%)
- Key Skills: RE NXT expertise, continuous improvement mindset, high attention to detail, creative problem solving, near-perfect accuracy, timeliness, responsibility.
Drafts and completes Standard Operating Policies and Procedures for Raiser’s Edge NXT, Almabase, and other systems; cross-trains CFCC team members as appropriate. Acts as a “first-responder” to questions and needs in using the systems across the organization. Works collaboratively with team members to ensure data integrity. (20%)

Participates in team meetings to convey and gather information that will ensure continuous quality improvements in systems maintenance and reporting. Shares findings and recommendations to improve participant and partner experiences. Works collaboratively to ensure effective, people-centric, and efficient functioning of the department. (10%)

People Leadership Role
At CFCC, we believe everyone is a leader, regardless of whether you report up, collaborate sideways, or have people in your direct span of care. As such, we encourage you to lead well and lead with intention in your role. The CRM Systems Leader role officially reports to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer and works closely with the Content team, Regional and Learning Hub Directors, and other team members and partners on a regular basis.
Responsible Freedom/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. General hours of work and days may be allocated with responsible freedom to ensure that job goals and responsibilities are met with excellence. Be confident that we trust your ability to do your job well, as it works best for you and the organization as a whole.
Travel
Out-of-the-area and overnight travel is rare but may happen periodically as the organization hosts conferences, summits or sees another need requiring your expertise or skills. Travel should not exceed 10% of the time. Overall, we believe and trust that you will exercise wisdom and discernment to travel as needed to fulfill job goals and responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a relaxed, people-centric environment with occasional forays into more traditional professional settings and has a significant virtual component. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers (laptop and/or desktop), phones, voicemail systems, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, and fax machines. This is a remote position, however applicants in St. Louis MO, Charleston, SC, and Midland, MI are preferred.

When performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and read. The employee frequently is required to use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. A significant portion of this role will require prolonged use of a computer.
Required Education and Experience
- Proven examples of people-centric leadership and interactions, awareness of own strengths and areas for growth.
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous quality improvement. Proven ability to make mistakes, learn from them, and improve.
- Associates degree or higher education of some level preferred. 2-5 years of experience in maintaining Raiser’s Edge NXT with high integrity, experience working with virtual teams, or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills and intense attention to detail. Devoted to quality, correct data fueling organizational decisions and programs.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people, handle a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency with Raiser’s Edge NXT, Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, data-based decision making, and online meeting platforms.
- Manage ambiguity, creating structure where needed for organizational movement. Action-oriented, flexible, adaptable.
