RE forcing it's window to be on top?

After the most recent update to Citrix, I've noticed that whenever I now have a secondary window in Raiser's Edge open (a query, a constituent record, the OLX processing window), if I want to use another application, I now have to forcefully close whatever window I was using before being able to operate the other application - otherwise, RE will force itself to be the active application on my computer. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have not had issues with RE dominating my screen. I often have RE, a batch, query, or report open, constituent window, along with Word, Excel, and Firefox. I constantly Alt + Tab between the windows without a problem.

I haven't seen any issues either. I usually have Outlook, Word or Excel, a browser, and RE open simultaneously as well. I often do other tasks while queries/exports are operating. Maybe contact your IT for support? I doubt BB support can fix it since it seems to be a Citrix/integration issue.

Thanks for your replies! After terminating my session, and restarting it, I was able to get the behavior to end.

Faith Murray has a good point. This week I had a Citrix update. Just a thought but does your Citrix need updated, given all the Windows updates?
