Fundraiser and Unit Dashboards - • UBC has developed Tableau dashboards to help front-line fundraisers, unit directors, and portfolio executives monitor progress towards individual, unit, and portfolio goals. The Dashboards allow users to navigate to specific constituent, interaction, and opportunity records in CRM to keep their activities up to date and accurate.

Scholarship Thank You - OSU has created a system to collect and track thank you feedback from scholarship recipients for the purpose of stewarding scholarship donors and telling student scholarship stories for marketing purposes. Students who have received scholarships are sent an email with a link to a BBIS survey that contains questions about themselves and what the scholarship has meant to them. This data is collected in BBEC and tied to the student’s constituent record and used for donor stewardship and general marketing purposes.
  1. Customer Presentation – Craig Hughes, University of Wisconsin
Graduway to CRM Integration - Wisconsin partnered with Graduway to develop a real time integration between Graduway' s Alumni Engagement platform to the Blackbaud CRM (both Infinity and RE NXT versions of CRM). The solution allows for a real time sync of basic demographic information and employment data directly into the CRM. The solution is mostly a one-way sync from Graduway to CRM but an update of employer name changes from CRM to Graduway can also be triggered.
