Customer Success Manager, and eTapestry expert, Geoff Arbuckle here. I'm in the process of creating the December webinars, and I thought this would be a great time to give a little bit of a preview of what I'm cooking up for you.
You Can Do That with Contacts and User Defined Fields? YES You Can!
This session is going to help answer a few questions I have heard a lot over the 17 years I've worked directly with eTapestry users. Time and again, we get asked how activities that donors and constituents might engage in can be tracked with the software. For example, how can event attendance and interactions be tracked? How can I track my volunteers' hours and activities? Is it possible to track grant information in eTapestry? How about tracking cultivation of donors through concepts like Moves Management? Well, I'm happy to say these things are possible inside eTapestry by way of a combination of creating specific User Defined Fields and utilizing Journal Contact entries! Join me for this session to learn more about how this works.
This session is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6 at 2pm Eastern, Wednesday, December 7 at 1pm Australian Eastern, and Thursday, December 8 at 11am Eastern/4pm Greenwich Mean Time.
Setting Up and Sending Tax Documents
For our friends in the United States and Europe, it's getting real close to tax time. I believe there's a morbid phrase I could quote that involves the certainty of taxes, but I'll just say that it also applies to non-profit organizations and tax documents too. In this session, I'll talk about creating a query for your tax documents as well as showing how to create and generate the documents themselves so you can get started early so you don't run out of time when deadlines creep up on you. This session will also be made available in January, but I wanted to at least give some folks a chance to get going on this task now. (Also, I hear you, Canadian friends... A session for Tax Receipting will be made available in January too!)
This session is scheduled for Tuesday, December 13 at 2pm Eastern and Thursday, December 15 at 11am Eastern/4pm Greenwich Mean Time.
Office Hours with an Expert
As with the last couple months, I will be hosting yet another Office Hours session for eTapestry users in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Bring your questions and I will help answer as many as I can!
This session is scheduled for Tuesday, December 20 at 11am Eastern/4pm Greenwich Mean Time.
